Unlike most other irrigation companies in the area Autowater does not delve into other fields, like fencing or landscape lighting. In Autowater's 14 years our staff has seen just about everything in the irrigation industry, but that doesn't mean we're not still learning. At Autowater our customer's happiness is our top priority, followed closely by our love of the outdoors and all things green. That's why Autowater uses 100% recycled paper, then scans, shreds and recycles all paper that comes through the office. We separate all plastic and cardboard on the jobsite to then be properly recycled from our shop in Arlington. Autowater also uses fuel efficient four cylinder vehicles for the majority of our fleet. From our Toyota Yaris estimator vehicle to our Ford Ranger and light duty Ford vans for our service fleet we strive to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. In 2010 Autowater consumed three thousand gallons of fuel operating eight vehicles compared with 2003 when Autowater consumed four thousand five hundred gallons operating five larger vehicles.
